The Wolfscross is an eye catching pewter pendant of an ancient Norse design of the Wolf’s Cross or Wolfscross–a design recovered from the Foss area, Iceland and dated at about 900 A.D.. The Wolfscross is thought to be a combination of the Viking god of thunder, Thor’s Hammer, Mjollnir, and an ancient Christian cross.

Legend has it that the Wolfscross may have been worn in protest against the forced conversion to Christianity. It is said that if found wearing a Wolfscross you were immedeatly put to the stake, burnt alive as an unrepentant heritic.
